Touby Witzky has served as the chief executive officer of Nashville Rehabilitation Hospital since December 2006. Prior to that he served NRH for 10 years as chief financial officer. Originally from Mansfield, Ohio, Mr. Witzky graduated from The Ohio State University in 1979 and obtained his certified public accounting license in 1988. Mr. Witzky's early professional career includes seven years as a regional controller for a major fast food company, where his primary responsibility was accounting for multi-unit operations in a high-growth, multi-state environment. He then spent 10 years as CFO/controller for several health care companies that comprised nursing homes, pharmacy, lab, hospice and specialized sub-acute inpatient programs.

Judy Lawrence, RN, CRRN, has served as the chief nursing officer for Nashville Rehabilitation Hospital since 2005. Judy is a certified rehabilitation registered nurse. She graduated from Tennessee State University and has worked for Nashville Rehabilitation Hospital since 1995. Her previous positions have included staff nurse, nursing supervisor, infection control practitioner, and employee health nurse. When not working, Judy enjoys hammock camping and hiking. Judy and her husband Bobby have three children.

Sharon Justice has served as the director of human resources for Nashville Rehabilitation Hospital since 1996. Sharon is a registered health care safety officer. She attended Volunteer State Community College and has a 25-year history with Nashville Rehabilitation Hospital. Her previous positions have included electronic data processing coordinator, financial assistant/payroll/accounts payable coordinator, and human resources manager. When not working, Sharon enjoys yard work, motorcycling, being outdoors, and most of all she enjoys time with her twin sister and family. Sharon and her late husband have one son.
