Courtyard Nashville Rehabilitation Hospital is conveniently located in historic East Nashville, an up and coming district that is revitalized. We are one mile east of LP Field, home of the Tennessee Titans, and just a couple of miles from downtown Nashville. Our address is 1034 West Eastland, Nashville, TN 37206.

  • From I-24 just east of downtown Nashville, take Exit 47A (Spring Street/Ellington Parkway) straight off the exit to the first traffic light (Main Street).
  • Turn left at Main Street and continue straight through four traffic lights.
  • Turn left at West Eastland next to Rite Aid drugstore. Nashville Rehabilitation Hospital will be on the left. Free parking is available directly beside the facility.
